I’m actually really excited for summer training!
Summer is a great time to try out exercise-type stuff you don’t get to do during the season. So do some new things; try bikram, bike or hike up a mountain, get a membership at your pool, do a marathon or half-marathon (or quarter marathon - bay to breakers tomorrow!).
Get inspired and give yourself the chance to remember that you love working out - crew is great but sometimes having a break is too.
