hey, i have an ergatta next saturday and i was wondering if you had any tips for me to prepare for my 2k. (sorry if this is considered a 2k question because i know you don't answer them)

Don’t be nervous. I was talking to my coach the other day because I’m always nervous before 2k/5k tests and it messes me up. Have a realistic game plan.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Eat good food. Relax.
