My team has switched our uniform from racing shirts and black spandex to unis. They'll look fine on the light weights but the open weight girls are screwed over. Any suggestions on making the open weight girls more comfortable?

I’m open weight and I wear a unisuit. And I’m not talking like, slightly open weight, it would be nearly impossible for me to be lightweight. Part of crew is knowing that while you might not be the skinniest, your whole body gives you power. You should take pride in wearing a unisuit because it shows that you’re a rower and you get that privilege; not everyone gets to wear unis.
Also, remember that no one is going to look at you and be like ‘wow, she looks fat in her uni’. And if they do, fuck them.
