To the cox that has to lose weight. I'm a lightweight rower and am at that transition from fall weight to spring weight. The best advice I can give you is to really watch what you eat. I cut out bread & high sodium foods & sweets & I've already lost 3 pounds within about a week and a half. It helps oh so much! And of course treat yourself to those things every so often, but I've really realized how much you don't need all of that to get energy for crew! I'm always here for help if you need it!
