Hey i am a male rower who weights approximately 140. I love crew and would like to row all through highschool but... It's very hard to be competitive against kids who weigh 15lbs more than you. Tips for weight gain/what to do? I have solid on the water technique(better than most of the guys on my team)

Eat a lot and work out a lot. Work out just to the point of burning out, and then go home and eat a crapton of protein and carbs. You’re going to have to put in extra work, but since you already have the technique once you get the power/stamina you’ll be totally fucking awesome.
